Conference Package for 4 Nights

Day 1	Arrival of delegates - special hospitality desk at the Malta International Airport. Transfer to Hotel Registration and distribution of conference material Welcome drink at Hotel Dinner at hotel.
Day 2	Opening of meeting session in hotel conference hall at The Westin Dragonara Resort. Welcome address and keynote speeches. Coffee/tea break. Continuation of meetings in hotel conference hall. Buffet lunch at hotel. Continuation of meetings in hotel conference hall. Transfer to Valletta - Malta’s capital - visiting Baracca gardens, Castile Square, St. John’s Cathedral, the Grandmaster’s Palace and a special exclusive viewing of the historic multi vision film show, “The Malta Experience”. Followed by the Fine Arts Museum, The Archaeology Museum, and the Siege Memorial. Ending with a special evening at the Manoel National Theatre. Mystery tour beneath the theatre designed around any theme, followed by dinner or a reception in the underground “Vaults”. This may be combined with a theatre performance (normally on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays). Return to hotel.
Day 3	Meetings in hotel conference hall. Coffee/tea break. Continuation of meetings in hotel conference hall. Buffet lunch at hotel. Transfer to Mdina - Malta’s medieval citadel. After a drive through Buskett Gardens, Malta’s only wooded area, and along the 250 metre high Dingli Cliffs, delegates are taken to Mdina for a walk-around the narrow streets and fortifications, also visiting the Cathedral. Special reception with Maltese specialties served by costumed waiters/waitresses on the citadel’s bastions, followed by a banquet at a unique restaurant built within the fortifications. Return to hotel.
Day 4	Meetings in hotel conference hall. Coffee/tea break. Continuation of meetings in hotel conference hall. Buffet lunch at hotel. Special tour on vintage buses around the streets of Sliema an St. Julians, stylish seaside resorts, alternatively around the Three Cities, Cospicua, Vittoriosa and Senglea, amongst the most typical and authentic towns in Malta. Gala Dinner with a live band in grandiose surroundings within a superbly decorated palace. Return to hotel.
Day 5	Conclusion and closing of conference.

All prices are inclusive of the following services:

Transfers from Airport to Hotel to Airport.

Each package is priced on the assumption that delegates for conference will not be less than 75 pax.
All conference facilities, excluding interpreters.
